WF40ETWAA6DNN0是4寸方形IPS TFT-LCD模块，由 480 x 480 像素组成。 模块支持24-bit RGB接口，采用IPS面板，具有左:80 /右:80 /上:80 /下:80度(典型值）广视角，对比度800:1(典型值)，亮度500 nits(典型值)，亮面玻璃面板，长宽比 1:1。 如果客户需要高亮度，可以考虑选择我们的WF40ESWAA6DNN0 (1000 nits)。 此型号也提供投射电容式触控面板 (PCAP) 和电阻式触控面板 (RTP)供客户选择。 WF40ETWAA6DNN0模块上内建ST7701S IC，Interface供电电压范围为2.5V~3.6V，典型值为2.8V。 WF40E型号工作温度范围-30℃~+80℃；储存温度范围为-30℃~+80℃。
