此款1.1寸的方形OLED显示器模块,分辨率96x64 pixels。此款模块内置SSD1327 IC,模块操作支持 6800/8080 8-bit 并行接口,I2C与4-线SPI接口,3V电压驱动,1/64 duty与支持16灰阶。此款1.1吋COG结构的 WEO009664B模块可视为2017年EOL的TAB 1.1" WEX009664A/B的替代方案,两者的AA区尺寸接近都是1.1寸薄型OLED模块。
WEO009664B是小尺寸1.1" COG结构的OLED显示器,无需背光非常轻薄,适用于携带式装置、智能医疗产品、个人健康守护追踪装置、量测仪器,智能家电、穿戴式装置等产品。此模块的工作温度是-40℃至 80℃,储存温度-40℃至 85℃。

When the pin is pulled LOW, the data at D[7:0] will be transferred to a command register. In I2C mode, this pin acts as SA0 for slave address selection. When 3-wire serial interface is selected, this pin must be connected to VSS. |

13 | R/W# | This pin is read / write control input pin connecting to the MCU interface. When 6800 interface mode is selected, this pin will be used as Read/Write (R/W#) selection input. Data write operation is initiated when this pin is pulled LOW and the chip is selected. |
