WF70A8是一款7吋採用IPS面板技術的TFT液晶顯示器模組。此款TFT-LCD解析度為1024x 600 pixels。WF70A8TYAHLNN0模組內建ST5021與ST5651 driver IC，支援LVDS介面，對比度800 (典型值), 模組亮度600 nits (典型值)，螢幕長寬比16:9，平常黑/透射式LCD，霧面防眩光玻璃。
WF70A8系列採用IPS面板技術，視角比TN玻璃更廣範圍為左: 85 / 右: 85 / 上: 85 / 下: 85 度，色彩鮮明，具有飽和自然的優質畫面。WF70A8模組的驅動電壓範圍從3.0V~3.6V，典型值3.3V，工作溫度-20℃至+70℃，儲存溫度-30℃至+80℃。WF70A8系列同時也有電阻式(RTP)與電容式觸控面板(PCAP)供選擇。
