WEN025664A 系列是一款 2.8 英寸单色图形 COF OLED 显示模块,分辨率为 256×64 dots。该模块搭载 SSD1322 驱动 IC,支持 6800/8080 8-bit 并行接口及 3-/4-wire SPI接口。模块尺寸为 85.0 × 39.8 mm,有效显示区域为 69.1 × 17.26 mm。
该系列采用 3V 电源及 1/64 duty 驱动方式,支持灰阶显示,对比度可达 10,000:1。工作温度范围为 -40°C ~ +80°C。
该模块采用金属框架与 PCB 设计,并提供四个安装孔,便于整机结构安装。PCB 已集成接口及电源(VDD)电路,可通过导线直接连接,无需额外开发 PCB。另提供电容式触控版本:WEN025664A-CTP。
