WO12864T是一款单色128x64点阵式COG绘图型LCD液晶显示器模块。此款COG LCD模块内置ST7565P IC, 支持 8-bit 6800, 8-bit 8080 并行接口与4线SPI串行接口。WO12864T的模块外观尺寸与WX12864T2相同,但是两者VA区尺寸与AA区尺寸稍微有些差异,驱动电压同样都是3.3V (VDD),VOP同样是9.1V,主要电气特性相同。WO12864T是TAB结构WX12864T2的替代方案,此款型号的TAB IC已经停产,原本使用TAB 结构WX12864T2产品应用建议可以改用此款COG 结构WO12864T替代。
WO12864T的工作温度是-20℃至+70℃,储存温度-30℃至+80℃。WO12864T型号目前有FSTN positive玻璃可供选择,搭配LED白光,如有需求其他LCD或是LED背光组合可与我们联系。
