In 1998, Mr. Venson Liao founded WINSTAR in a peasant house in Taichung. Over 25 years, WINSTAR has continuously grown and stably developed the business worldwide.

Our Headquarters is in Central Taiwan Science Park, and the core value of the company is "Innovation, Technology, Trust, Sustainability." From 2000 to 2015, WINSTAR established three Facilities in China and Myanmar. In 2019, the USA Subsidiary was founded. Our business is based in Taiwan and extends to Asia, the Americas, and Europe.

Our four main product lines cover 12,500 models. We have customers across five continents and market segments in 103 countries.
