0.96-inch 80x160 IPS TFT LCD with FPC Connector

WINSTAR introduces the WF0096ATYAA3DNNA, a compact 0.96-inch IPS TFT LCD with an 80x160 resolution and an FPC designed for connector connection. The display features the ST7735S controller IC, supports an SPI interface, and provides a typical brightness of 500 cd/m².
With a module size of only 13.5 x 27.95 x 1.54 mm and wide IPS viewing angles, the display is suitable for compact embedded designs. The WF0096ATYAA3DNN0 in the same series shares the same display specifications, with the main difference being the FPC connection method: WF0096ATYAA3DNNA uses a connector connection, while WF0096ATYAA3DNN0 uses a soldered FPC connection. This allows designers to select the connection option that best fits their system integration requirements.
5.7-inch Wide Temperature IPS TFT LCD Displays

WINSTAR introduces two new 5.7-inch IPS TFT LCD displays featuring 640x480 resolution, wide viewing angles, and extended operating temperature ranges.
WFN0570A2S0WADNN000 provides a high brightness of 1250 cd/m² and supports an operating temperature range of -30°C to +85°C.
WFN0570A2T0WADNT000 features a resistive touch panel (RTP), a brightness of 400 cd/m², and an operating temperature range of -30°C to +80°C.
Both models feature an 18-bit RGB interface, 89/89/89/89-degree viewing angles, and an anti-glare surface.
MIPI CSI-2 Specifications and Protocols
MIPI CSI-2 is widely used for high-speed image data transmission between image sensors and SoCs, ISPs, or FPGAs in embedded vision and imaging systems. Successful camera integration requires more than sensor communication—it also involves D-PHY timing, lane configuration, packet handling, image formats, and the Linux media pipeline.
This article introduces the MIPI CSI-2 system architecture, D-PHY transmission and timing, packet mechanisms, image formats, and bandwidth estimation, along with Linux media-controller and V4L2 integration and troubleshooting.

Smart Display GUI Builder v0.8.7_WS Update
Smart Display GUI Builder v0.8.7_WS improves the widget editing workflow with a more intuitive Add Widget layout and automatic editor opening. The update also adds default brightness settings for supported UART models and scale exponent settings for the Number widget, providing greater flexibility for Smart Display HMI development.
