Description
Le WO12864B est un module LCD graphique monochrome COG de 2,8 pouces avec une résolution de 128x64. Ce module LCD est intégré avec un contrôleur ST7565P ou un circuit intégré équivalent. Il prend en charge les interfaces parallèles 8 bits 6800 et 8080 ainsi que l'interface SPI. Ce module LCD peut fonctionner à des températures allant de -20℃ à +70℃, et ses températures de stockage vont de -30℃ à +80℃. Cet écran COG WO12864B est très adapté aux applications nécessitant des affichages dans des emballages plus compacts.
Il existe deux versions de la série WO12864B, qui diffèrent par leur épaisseur comme suit :
