21.5-inch HDMI TFT LCD Display Module

WINSTAR introduces its largest display module to date, the 21.5-inch WFN2150A2T0AFLHN000 HDMI TFT LCD display module, designed for applications requiring a large-format display with straightforward system integration.
Featuring Full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution, an IPS panel with wide viewing angles, and 500 cd/m² brightness, the module delivers clear and consistent visual performance for industrial and embedded applications. The built-in control board supports HDMI video input, while a USB Type-C 12 V power input helps simplify system integration.
As part of WINSTAR's increasing focus on electromagnetic interference (EMI) performance, the integrated PCBA has undergone third-party EMI testing and passed Class B level requirements, providing evaluated board-level EMI performance to support electromagnetic compatibility considerations during system integration.
With its large display area and integrated design, the module is well suited for industrial control equipment, medical devices, information displays, kiosks, and embedded HMI systems.
7-inch HDMI TFT LCD Display with PCAP Touch
The WF70A8TYFHLHGE is a 7-inch HDMI TFT LCD display module featuring a 1024 x 600 resolution, IPS technology, an integrated control board, and PCAP touch, providing a ready-to-integrate solution for embedded HMI applications.
A key feature of this model is its integrated PCBA, which has undergone third-party EMI testing and passed Class B level requirements. This provides system developers with evaluated board-level EMI performance to support electromagnetic compatibility considerations during system integration.
With HDMI video input, USB PCAP touch, 450 cd/m² brightness, and wide viewing angles, the module is suitable for smart home systems, security monitoring equipment, control panels, storage management systems, and other embedded HMI applications.
7-inch Bar TFT LCD Display Designed for 1U Chassis

Designed for space-constrained equipment, the WF70C9SYAB4MNC1B is a 7-inch bar type TFT LCD display specifically designed to meet 1U chassis height requirements. Its 280 x 1424 resolution and 1:5 ultra-wide aspect ratio provide an extended display area while maintaining a low-profile form factor.
The module combines 800 cd/m² brightness, IPS technology, a 4-Lane MIPI DSI interface, and PCAP touch with optical bonding. Optical bonding helps reduce internal reflections and improve display clarity, while the integrated touch panel supports multi-touch for interactive HMI applications.
Its ultra-wide format makes it well suited for 1U rack systems, server management interfaces, networking equipment, industrial control systems, and other applications where installation height is limited.
How PCAP Touch Technology Overcomes Waterproof and Glove Operation Challenges
Can a PCAP touchscreen work reliably in the rain while still responding through thick gloves?
In outdoor and industrial applications, increasing touch sensitivity alone is not enough. Higher sensitivity can improve glove operation, but it can also make the touchscreen more susceptible to water interference, increasing the risk of false touches.
WINSTAR addresses this challenge by combining hardware-level water rejection, enhanced touch signal processing, and application-specific firmware tuning. This approach helps suppress water-induced interference while maintaining reliable touch detection through gloves up to 3 mm thick.
The solution is designed for demanding applications such as industrial handheld devices, outdoor navigation and surveying equipment, and rugged tablets, where reliable touch operation is required in wet environments or while wearing protective gloves.

How to Choose the Right Display for EV Charging Stations
Choosing a display for an EV charging station involves more than selecting the right screen size, resolution, or brightness. The HMI must remain readable under changing lighting conditions, respond reliably to touch input, integrate smoothly with the system architecture, and support long-term operation in demanding environments.
This guide highlights five key considerations for EV charger HMI design: display size and UI requirements, environmental visibility, touch interaction, system integration, and long-term reliability. It also examines how display requirements differ across residential AC chargers, commercial charging stations, and DC fast chargers.
From high-brightness TFT displays and optical enhancements to PCAP touch and Smart Display solutions, choosing the right display and HMI architecture early in development can help reduce integration risks and create a more reliable and scalable EV charging platform.
