Shipping Arrangements and Holiday Notice for Year-End and New Year
WINSTAR's Taiwan headquarters and China factories will be conducting year-end stocktaking from December 29 to 31, 2025. Shipments will be unavailable during this period due to the temporary closure of our ERP system.
Additionally, from December 25, 2025, to January 4, 2026, our ERP system will be transitioned to a new system, and shipments will be unavailable during this time.
The last shipping dates before the stocktaking and holiday period are as follows: December 24, 2025, from Taiwan and December 26, 2025, from China. If your order may be affected, please contact our sales representatives. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
WINSTAR's Taiwan headquarters and China factories will observe the New Year holiday as follows: China will be closed from January 1 to 4, 2026, and Taiwan will be closed on January 1, 2026. Shipments will resume on January 5, 2026.
