128x128 COG Graphic LCD Display Module (ST75161 IC)

WO128128B is a 128x128 monochrome graphic COG LCD module with a dimension of 68.0x72mm and AA size of 55.01 x 55.01 mm. The module is built-in with the ST75161 IC, which supports 6800/8080/SPI/I2C interfaces, a 3.3V power supply, 1/128 DUTY, and 1/12 BIAS.

This monochrome display can be operated at temperatures ranging from -20℃ to +70℃, and its storage temperature ranges from -30℃ to +80℃.

2 inch 240x320 TFT LCD Module with PCAP

WF0200BTYAJDNG0 is a 2-inch IPS TFT-LCD module with Projected Capacitive Touchscreen (PCAP). This TFT-LCD module, built-in with ST7789VI driver IC, supports MCU and SPI interface with a resolution of 240×320 dots.WF0200BTYAJDNG0 is featured with an IPS panel that has the advantage of wider view angle of Left:80 / Right:80 / Up:80 / Down:80 degrees, a brightness of 450 nits (typical value), and an aspect ratio of 3:4 (typical value).

The supply voltage for analog is from 2.4V to 3.6V (the typical value is 3.3V); it supports a single detect point for CTP. This module can be operated at temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃ and storage temperatures from -30℃ to +70℃.

7 inch High Brightness IPS TFT Display with RTP.

WF70B8SWAGDNT0 is a wide temperature 7-inch High Brightness 800 x 480 IPS TFT-LCD module with Resistive Touch Panel (RTP) touchscreen. This TFT-LCD module adopted IPS technology which has the advantage of a wide viewing angle of Left:80 / Right:80 / Up:80 / Down:80 degrees. WF70B8SWAGDNT0 module is built-in with HX8249-A and HX8678-C driver ICs; It supports 18-bit RGB interface, brightness of 700 nits (typical value), Resistive Touch with Anti-glare surface, and aspect ratio of 15:9.

This module has wider temperature, it can be operated at temperatures from -30℃ to +80℃ and storage temperatures from -30℃ to +80℃.
