4.3-inch and 5-inch RS485 Smart Displays with GPIO
WINSTAR introduces the 4.3-inch and 5-inch RS485 Smart Display models (Models: WL0F00043000WGDACSA00 and WL0F00050000FGDADSA00), featuring an expanded 8-channel bi-directional GPIO interface to enhance system control flexibility. Both models operate as slave devices using the Modbus protocol over RS485 and integrate WINSTAR's standard wide-temperature IPS TFT panels (4.3" WF43WTWAEDNGA, 5" WF50FTWAGDNG0). Built on a robust 4-layer FR4 PCB and preloaded with firmware, they provide reliable, ready-to-integrate HMI solutions for a wide range of applications.

- RS485 interface supporting Modbus protocol
- 16MB integrated flash memory for fonts and images
- 8-channel 3.3V TTL bi-directional GPIO for extended control

3.9-inch Bar-Type UART Smart Display with GPIO
WINSTAR's 3.9-inch UART Smart Display (Model: WL0F00039000FGFAASA00) combines a bar-type IPS TFT panel (WF39FSWASDNG0) with a capacitive touch screen and built-in firmware, offering a compact and versatile solution for modern HMI applications.

- Wide input voltage range: 5V to 28V (typical 5V)
- UART communication interface with proprietary protocol (default 115200 bps)
- Built-in 16MB flash memory for fonts and widget resources
- GPIO support for flexible system control
- Capacitive touch panel support
- Integrated buzzer controllable via host commands
- Based on STM32F series MCU with support for STMicroelectronics development tools
- Compatible with PCs (via USB-to-UART adapter), MCUs, and Raspberry Pi (with PiCAN2)
Development Support
The WINSTAR GUI Builder enables no-code drag-and-drop UI design and real-time simulation on PC. Advanced users can also develop with STMicroelectronics' TouchGFX and STM32Cube toolsets.

2.1-Inch Round TFT Display Modules with and without Touch
WINSTAR introduces two 2.1-inch round TFT LCD modules with 480×480 resolution, both featuring IPS technology for consistent image quality and wide viewing angles—perfect for modern round-interface designs.
Available models:
WFN0210A2T0YADNN000 (Non-Touch)–This version offers a brightness range of 380–450 cd/m² and features an anti-glare surface for clear readability in indoor environments. It is suitable for smart devices and control systems that do not require touch interaction.
WFN0210A2T0YADNA000 (Touch-Enabled) –Equipped with a projected capacitive touch panel (PCAP) and optical bonding, this model delivers a brightness range of 360–430 cd/m² with enhanced clarity and durability. It supports single-finger touch input via the CST826 controller over the I²C interface.
Both modules use the ST7701 display driver IC and support 3-wire SPI and 18-bit RGB interfaces. Their 53.28 × 53.28 mm active area provides a true circular display zone, optimized for compact integration.
Ideal Applications
These modules are well suited for smart home control panels, HVAC interfaces with touch UI, health and fitness monitoring devices, industrial control systems, and consumer electronics with round display interfaces, suitable for kitchen appliances like ovens.

2.4-Inch High Brightness IPS TFT LCD Module with Touch
The WF24LSYAJDNG0 is a 2.4-inch portrait IPS TFT display with 240×320 resolution and 800 nits brightness, delivering clear visuals and wide 80° viewing angles. Featuring a contrast ratio of 800:1, it ensures vibrant image quality for compact vertical applications.
Equipped with an integrated Projected Capacitive Touch Panel (PCAP) using the CF1124 touch controller (I²C interface), this module supports intuitive touch interaction. The display driver IC is ILI9341V, compatible with parallel and SPI interfaces.
With over 30,000 hours LED backlight lifetime and a robust temperature range, this module suits handheld devices, portable medical equipment, and outdoor control systems.

The Smart Display GUI Builder has been updated to version v0.8.0_WS, featuring multiple enhancements to improve usability, layout logic, and editing efficiency. This release makes it easier to build intuitive and polished HMI interfaces across all supported Smart Display models and protocols.

- Quick “+” button for faster widget/background addition
- New “Modify” function for editing widgets directly on the Home Page

TouchGFX is a GUI development framework tailored for STM32 MCUs. Our Smart Display GUI Builder extends its functionality by offering multi-interface support (UART, RS485, CAN) and drag-and-drop convenience—enabling quick creation of interactive UI pages without coding.
