WFN0200A2T07ADNN000 – 2-inch Transflective TFT LCD Display
The WFN0200A2T07ADNN000 is a 2-inch transflective TFT LCD module with a resolution of 240×320. Featuring IPS panel technology with ultra-wide 80/80/80/80° viewing angles, this display ensures excellent readability in both direct sunlight and low-light conditions—ideal for compact, power-sensitive devices such as smart sports watches, handheld GPS units, and portable measurement instruments.
The module supports multiple interfaces including 3/4-wire SPI, 8/9/16/18-bit MCU, and 16/18-bit RGB, driven by the ST7789 controller IC. In transmissive mode, it achieves a brightness of 260 cd/m², while in reflective mode, it maintains visibility with 45/45/45/45° viewing angles—offering reliable performance for outdoor or battery-operated systems.

WFN0500A2T08ADNN000 – 5-inch Transflective TFT LCD Display
The WFN0500A2T08ADNN000 is a 5-inch transflective color TFT display module with 800×480 resolution. Combining transflective technology and IPS wide viewing angles, this module is optimized for outdoor readability and reduced power consumption—making it ideal for off-road bicycle GPS panels, vehicle-mounted displays, and smart control systems in industrial or field service environments.
It supports a 24-bit RGB interface and is powered by the JD9165 controller IC. The transmissive mode offers viewing angles of 60/60/60/50° (U/D/L/R), while reflective mode supports 70/60/70/60°, ensuring consistent visibility in dynamic lighting conditions. The display delivers a brightness of 200 cd/m².

WFN0460B2 Series – 4.6-inch Bar-Type IPS TFT Display Modules
WWINSTAR's WFN0460B2 series offers two 4.6-inch bar-type TFT LCD modules with 800×320 resolution and IPS technology, delivering full 80/80/80/80° viewing angles.
Available models:
- WFN0460B2S0YADNC000 – High-brightness version (850 cd/m²) with 5-point projected capacitive touch (PCAP), supporting I²C interface.
- WFN0460B2T0YADNT000 – Standard-brightness version (350 cd/m²) with resistive touch, suitable for gloved or stylus operation.
Both models are equipped with the ST7262 driver IC and support a 24-bit RGB interface. These modules are suited for DJ mixers, digital keyboards, audio mixing consoles, as well as industrial and medical equipment requiring narrow-format touch displays.

WFN0180A2 Series – 1.8-inch IPS TFT LCD Modules for Industrial and Handheld Devices
WINSTAR's WFN0180A2 series offers two 1.77-inch (commonly referred to as 1.8-inch) TFT LCD modules with 128×160 resolution and IPS technology, delivering ultra-wide 80/80/80/80° viewing angles. These models deliver a significant upgrade over the earlier WF18F/G/H series, offering improved color consistency and full viewing angles—making them ideal for industrial tools, compact terminals, and handheld devices.
Both models are equipped with the NV3023B driver IC, support SPI interface, and offer -20°C to +70°C operating temperature with a 50,000-hour LED lifetime.

- WFN0180A2T0XASNN000 – 600 cd/m² brightness, no touch, cost-effective solution
- WFN0180A2S0XASNC000 – 850 cd/m² brightness, with PCAP touch and gesture support

WFN0128A2T0YADNN000 – 1.28-inch Round TFT Display with Multi-Interface Support
The WFN0128A2T0YADNN000 is a 1.28-inch round IPS TFT display module with 240×240 resolution, designed for compact devices requiring a circular UI. Featuring IPS wide viewing angles and a compact round form factor, it is ideal for smart home control panels, wearable devices, audio interfaces, and industrial dials.
This model integrates the GC9A01 driver IC and supports multiple system interfaces including 8/9/16/18-bit MCU, 3/4-wire SPI, and 16/18-bit RGB—offering flexibility for various embedded designs. It supports an operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and provides a 50,000-hour LED lifetime.

SH1106 OLED Modules – SSD1305 EOL-Compatible Alternative
Due to the phase-out of the SSD1305 OLED controller IC, WINSTAR now offers SH1106-based OLED modules as compatible alternatives. These updated modules retain the original pin definitions and mechanical design, requiring only minor adjustments to software initialization and the IREF resistor value to match brightness performance.
