WF70B8SWAGDNB0 is a 7-inch High Brightness 800 x 480 IPS TFT-LCD module with PCAP touchscreen. This TFT-LCD module adopted IPS technology which has the advantage of a wide viewing angle of Left:80 / Right:80 / Up:80 / Down:80 degrees. WF70B8SWAGDNB0 module is built-in with HX8249-A and HX8678-C driver ICs; it supports 18-bit RGB interface, contrast ratio of 1000:1 (typical value), brightness of 800 nits (typical value), glare surface panel, aspect ratio 15:9. This model featured a projected capacitive touch panel (PCAP), which built-in with ILI2511 IC, supports USB interface (I2C available). It has wider operation temperatures from -30℃ to +80℃; its storage temperatures range from -40℃ to +85℃.

This TFT model is built-in with SSD1963 IC and supports 8080 MPU (8bit Parallel) interface, view direction of 12 o'clock, gray scale inversion of 6 o'clock, aspect ratio of 16:9, contrast ratio of 1000:1 (typical value), brightness of 500 nits (typical value), anti-glare surface panel.

The supply voltage for LCM (VDD) of WF70C4TIBGDAN0 is from 3.0V to 3.6V, with the typical value of 3.3V. It can be operated at temperatures from -20℃ to +70 ℃ and storage temperatures from -30 to +80 ℃. The WF70C4 series is an alternative solution for the WF70H series, which has been End-of-Life (EOL). Technical Article:User-Friendly STN LCD Control Interface

Winstar offers a wide range of standard Character LCD Modules for customer’s application. Available standard display types are WH0802, WH1202, WH1601, WH1602, WH1604, WH2002, WH2004, WH2402 and WH4002 series. Customer can use the least number of control pins to achieve display, making it easier for choosing a MCU.

Without adding a transfer board, Customer just need to connect the development board Arduino Uno and can use different communication interface to control the following Winstar’s Character LCD Modules directly.
