WF50DSYA3MNN0为5吋采用直屏IPS面板技术的高亮TFT LCD液晶显示器模块，分辨率720x1280全彩屏屏幕。此款TFT-LCD因为采用IPS (In-plane Switching) 面板技术，视角范围为左: 80 / 右:80 / 上:80 / 下:80 度，IPS面板视角广度最大，色彩鲜明、具有饱和自然的优质画面，模块亮度高达1100 nits (典型值)。
WF50DSYA3MNN0是直屏模式，內置ILI9881C驱动IC，支持MIPI接口(Mobile Industry Processor Interface移动行业处理器接口）中的DSI (Display Serial Interface)，具有高速数据传输和高速时序传输特色。WF50DSYA3MNN0 TFT模块使用亮面玻璃;长宽比16:9，模块的工作温度是-20℃ 至 +70℃，储存温度为 -30℃ 至 +80℃，所有材料均符合环保要求RoHS/REACH标准。
