WG320240BP3是一款单色5.7寸320x240图形STN液晶显示器模块。此模块内置S1D13700控制器，支持6800 / 8080 8-bit并行接口，内置负压，有温补线路可供选择，标准5V驱动。此款型号有CCFL与多色LED背光选择，玻璃有STN正显与负显及FSTN型LCD(部分颜色LED与LCD有MOQ)。WG320240BP3的操作温度是-20℃ ~ +70℃，储存温度为-30℃ ~ +80，所有物料符合环保RoHS标准与欧盟REACH规范。WG320240BX 系列有以下3款版本:

- WG320240BP2: DIP connection, 20 pins
