Equipped with a built-in ILI6480B driver IC, it supports 24-bit RGB interfaces and operates with a 3.3V (typical value) power supply for voltage (VCC). The module measures 105.5 × 67.2 mm externally, with an active area of 95.04 × 53.86 mm.

The key feature of WF43Y is having the same 40-pin pre-defined FPC on TFT LCD modules as the other sizes of Y Series.
