Description
Le WO12864A1 est un module LCD graphique monochrome COG de 2,2 pouces avec une résolution de 128x64. Ce module LCD est intégré avec un contrôleur ST7565P ou un circuit intégré équivalent. Il prend en charge les interfaces parallèles 8 bits 6800 et 8080 ainsi que l'interface SPI. Ce module LCD peut fonctionner à des températures allant de -20℃ à +70℃, et ses températures de stockage vont de -30℃ à +80℃. Cet écran LCD COG 128x64 est très adapté aux applications nécessitant des affichages dans des emballages plus compacts.
