Beschreibung
WO24064D ist ein monochromes COG-Grafik-LCD-Modul im Format 240x64 Punkte. Das Standard-COG-240-x-64-Grafik-LCD-Display WO24064D von Winstar ist mit einem ST7586S-IC ausgestattet, das die Schnittstellen SPI / 6800 / 8080 unterstützt, sowie eine optionale 4-Leiter- oder 3-Leiter-SPI-Schnittstelle. Das Modul hat Abmessungen von 86,2 x 39,3 mm und eine aktive Fläche von 76,78 x 20,46 mm. Dieses LCD-Modul kann in einem Temperaturbereich von -20℃ bis +70℃ betrieben werden. Die Versorgungsspannung für die Logik liegt zwischen 3,0V und 3,4V, mit einem typischen Wert von 3,3V und einer 1/64-Treiberduty. Dieses COG-LCD-Display eignet sich besonders für medizinische Geräte, Testinstrumente, Heimsicherheitssysteme, industrielle Steuerungsausrüstung usw.
