Description
WO320240E is a monochrome graphic LCD module made of 320x240 dot matrix format. This STN COG module is built-in with RA8835 controller IC; it supports 6800 and 8080 parallel interface, 1/240 driving duty. Furthermore, it is also built-in with negative voltage generator and temperature compensation available as optional.
WO320240E model supports 3.3V and 5V power supply voltage. This module can be operated at temperatures from -20°C to +70°C; its storage temperatures range from -30°C to +80°C. WO320240E is available in FSTN positive LCD and with White LED backlight; please contact us if you need different LCD type and LED combination. Please note WO320240E is the replacement of WO320240D since the original IC has been EOL.
