Description
WO12864L is a monochrome COG graphic LCD module made of 128x64 dots matrix. This COG WO12864L module is built in with ST7567A controller IC; it supports SPI and I2C interface. WO12864L module is having the same module dimension, AA and VA sizes as WO12864A1, but with different controller IC and interface. The users can use PIN 2 (SI2) to select I2C or SPI interface directly. This module can be operating at temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃; its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃. The WO12864L is available for FSTN Positive Transflective with white LED backlight, if customers require different LCD type and LED combination, please contact us.
